STILL HERE, STILL WEIRD
What I love about the thrifting life is that no matter how long an absence one has, the thrift stores still stay weird.
I promise that this blog is not in receivership yet. So let me just post a few wordless weird ones from time to time before I get me groove back. As Johnny used to say More to come.

I'm happy to know you're still there and, it goes without say, still weird. Keep working, but keep writing, too.
HA! My grandparents had (mom has it now) that lil ol bartender man thingy. ;o)
"Secret Keys"... that is slightly frightening.
once again you cracked me up..love your site..keep it up!
Um, is it just me or is that George Dubya on the cover of that record???
@K
I think it's Johnny Carson, but he actually might just be a shapeshifter -- that way it's whoever you want it to be. Kinda looks like Soupy Sales at the moment.
Hey, my friends went cross-country with their kids in that van.
Dear Lord... I owned those dolls in the plastic thingies. Gifts from my craphead stepdad from way back in the 70's when he was in the Air Force and stationed @ Torrejon and sent back dolls just like that. From England. And even uglier ones from Turkey and Spain. I sold them @ a garage sale when I first got married in '92. And sure enough craphead stepdad and my Mom come to visit and we head to the local flea market to kill some time and lo' and behold: MY ENTIRE DOLL COLLECTION ON DISPLAY. It was a classic moment!
